RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create your personal account at sapphireonline.pk (e.g. your name, number, email address & date of birth etc.)
  • To process your orders (e.g. your name, address, phone number & bank details)
  • To be able to send you the status of your order (e.g. your phone number & email)
  • To be able to send you marketing offers such as newsletters and our catalogues (e.g. your email & number)
  • To enable us to answer your queries and to inform you of new or changed services (e.g. your email address)
  • To notify the winners in promotions (e.g. your email address, name, home address & number)
  • Managing your account by carrying out credit checks (e.g. name, address, date of birth)
  • Disclosing your data to fraud prevention agencies
  • To be able to analyze your personal data to provide you with relevant marketing offers and information (e.g. name, buying habits)
  • To be able to validate that you are of legal age for shopping online (e.g. date of birth)

We will only keep your data for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or as long as we are required by law. After this, your personal data will be deleted. We cannot remove your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book keeping rules or when there is a legal ground to keep the data, such as an on-going contractual relationship.

Non-personal data is used as described above and in other ways as permitted by applicable laws, including combining non-personal data with personal data. Lastly, we do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

 

Eligibility
Any article purchased online, except for Cosmetics and Fragrances, can be exchanged from our stores as well as online within 30 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange
Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect. In case of HOME article exchange, it should be in Sapphire’s original HOME packing. Similarly, articles that are delivered in boxes (such as Unstitched luxury products) must be returned with their original packaging.

Online Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service department by emailing us. WE  Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Instore exchanges require customers to have the original invoice and all the tags intact for the purchased article.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
  • Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
  • Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered
